PARKING

The Recreation Park & Pool Parking Lot is for those who are using the facilities. It must not be used for overflow parking.

Right of Way parking and Street Parking is prohibited within the community. You can apply for an On Street Parking Permit should you be hosting a special event. Please fill out the form and deposit it in the drop box next to the door on the Osceola Parkway side of the Clubhouse. Requests need to be submitted at least 5 business days before the day of the event. When the request is received, it is processed by a board member and returned to the residence. Permits are for special occasions and not for everyday use.  Five (5) permits are given per event. Please be sure that you print out the most current form.

The HOA will do its best to accommodate emergency requests and will expedite requests for our HOA members.

Please be also aware that in addition to the Association’s parking restrictions, Osceola County Code Enforcement Officers and the Osceola County Sheriff’s Department regularly patrol the community.  Written and/or verbal warnings are routinely not given.

According to Indian Wells Deed Restrictions:

• …Further, Cars or other authorized vehicles hereunder shall be parked in the garage or driveway and in any event may not be parked in any easement areas or the street area in front of the house.
